Terms And Conditions

These terms apply between you and HQ Aesthetics Perth, a beauty studio operating from 96b Rome Rd, Melville WA 6156. They cover appointments booked by phone, by email, through the enquiry form on this site and through the online booking system.

Booking an appointment means you accept these terms. If something here does not suit you, say so before you book and it can be discussed rather than discovered afterwards.

Appointments are held for you in a single treatment room, treated by one therapist. That means the time you book is time nobody else can use, which is the reasoning behind the cancellation terms below.

You will be asked for a contact number and an email address so that appointment reminders and any change of time can reach you. Please give real ones.

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge at all.

Inside 24 hours, 50 percent of the scheduled cost of the appointment is charged. This is not a penalty, it is an hour that could not be given to anybody else at that notice.

If you do not arrive and do not make contact, the same 50 percent applies. If you are running late, call. Simone will treat you for whatever time is left rather than cancel, where the treatment allows it.

Genuine emergencies and illness are handled by talking to her, not by a form.

Every appointment starts with a consultation. You will be asked about your skin, your health, any medication you take, recent sun exposure and any recent cosmetic treatment elsewhere, including injectables.

Please answer honestly. Some treatments cannot safely be performed over recent injectables, on broken or sunburnt skin, during certain medications, or during pregnancy. If a treatment is not safe for you on the day, it will not be performed, and you will be offered an alternative or a reschedule.

For some treatments you will be asked to sign a consent form and, where relevant, to have a patch test before the appointment. Where a patch test is required it is arranged in advance, not on the day.

No result is guaranteed. Skin and body treatments vary with age, health, medication, sun history, hormones and how consistent you are with the plan and with aftercare at home.

Where a course of treatments is recommended, the recommendation is an honest estimate based on what is in front of the therapist, not a promise of a specific outcome, a number of shades or a timeframe.

Aftercare advice is part of the treatment. Ignoring it changes the result and can affect healing, particularly after needling, peels and plasma work.

Prices are confirmed with you before a treatment begins, not at the counter afterwards. Where a price is shown as From, the final figure depends on the area treated and the time required, and it is quoted to you before you are on the bed.

Payment is taken in the studio at the end of your appointment. Course and package prices are arranged with Simone directly.

Prices published on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The price you are quoted at your appointment is the one that applies.

A course price is the total for the whole course rather than a per session figure. Every treatment sold as a course can also be booked as a single session at the single session price.

Sessions in a course are booked at the intervals the treatment requires. Booking them faster than the protocol allows does not improve the result and will not be agreed to.

Nothing renews automatically and nobody is placed on a payment plan.

Some treatments are not performed on under 18s. Where a treatment is available to a minor, a parent or guardian must consent and be present for the appointment.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a consumer guarantee applies, it applies regardless of anything written here.

Beyond those rights, responsibility is not accepted for a reaction or an outcome arising from information you did not disclose at the consultation, or from aftercare advice that was given and not followed.

If you are unhappy with a treatment, contact the studio within seven days so it can actually be looked at. Most things can be sorted out by talking to Simone.
