Chemical Peel In Perth, And Why You Do Not Pick Your Own
A peel is a blend of acids held on the skin for a controlled time to lift the surface. Which blend, and how strong, is a decision Simone makes after reading your skin. It is not a box you tick when you book.

Dermalogica Pro Power Peel
A professional, customised chemical peel designed to refresh and resurface the skin while targeting your individual concerns.
The Pro Power Peel can help improve the appearance of fine lines, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, congestion and breakouts, leaving the skin smoother, brighter and clearer.
Your Peel Is Customised To Your Skin
There isn't a one-size-fits-all peel. Your skin is assessed before treatment and the most appropriate combination is selected based on what your skin needs.
The Three Peels She Chooses Between
Ultra Bright
Helps brighten dull-looking skin and improve the appearance of pigmentation and uneven tone.
PowerClear
Designed for congested, oily or breakout-prone skin to help clear pores and improve skin clarity.
Advanced Renewal
Targets signs of ageing, uneven texture and fine lines to leave the skin feeling smoother and more refined.
What Can You Expect?
During treatment, you may experience a mild tingling, warmth or temporary stinging sensation as the peel works on the skin.
Most people experience little to no downtime. Depending on the peel selected and your skin's response, you may notice some temporary redness, dryness or light flaking over the following few days.
As the skin renews, you can expect it to feel smoother, look brighter and appear clearer and more even.

Chemical Peel Questions
It might, and how much depends entirely on the blend and the strength Simone chose. Some people get a few days of light flaking around the nose and chin and nowhere else. Some get nothing visible at all. Nobody can tell you which you will be from a website, but Simone can tell you what to expect from the specific peel she has just used, before you leave the room.
It is warm, and for the stronger end of the range it tingles and can sting for a short stretch while it is on. It is not pain and it is not meant to be endured quietly. The peel is on a clock and Simone is standing there for the whole of it, so if it goes past uncomfortable you say so and she deals with it.
The one she picks after she has looked at your skin. Her own treatment list says the therapist selects the most effective peel combination, and that is exactly how it works in the room. It is why you will not find a menu of acids with prices on this page. What your skin needed six months ago and what it needs on the day are often not the same thing.
From $175 at the Melville studio, and that is a starting price. Whether a stronger blend or a larger area moves that number is not published anywhere, so it is not stated here. Ask on the booking call and get the figure for what she is actually planning to do.
There is no published course and there is no number invented on this page. Anyone quoting you a fixed count before they have seen your skin is guessing. Have one, see how your skin handles it, and let Simone tell you whether another is worth your money.
Tell her when you book rather than when you are lying down. Prescription skin medication, strong retinoids, recent needling, recent waxing on the same area and anything active on the skin all change whether today is the right day. None of it is automatically a no. All of it is her call to make with the information in front of her.
No, and the price gap between them is the reason worth understanding. An enzyme peel uses fruit enzymes and works on the very top layer, it is from $130, and it lives on the facials page. A chemical peel uses acids over a timed window and the strength decides how far it goes, which is exactly why it costs more. If you are nervous about peels generally, the enzyme peel is the honest place to start and Simone will say so herself.
