The one kit covers the whole intimate area: the vulva and labia, the perineum, the anal area, the mons pubis, and the inner thighs and groin. So vaginal bleaching and anal bleaching are one appointment rather than two, and labia whitening, vulva whitening and inner thigh whitening go with them if that is where the pigmentation sits. One or two pumps of the intimate gel over the treated area, once a day at night, starting forty eight hours after the appointment. A panty liner is worth wearing while it is on. That home phase is not optional extra credit, it is half the method, and skipping it is the most common reason people are disappointed. Come freshly showered, and if you shave or wax the area do it at least two days before rather than the day of, because freshly shaved skin is more reactive. Skip any exfoliating or acid based products on the area for a few days beforehand. Avoid booking during your period for the vaginal treatment. And keep the area out of the sun and off sunbeds for a fortnight beforehand, because the manufacturer will not have it used on skin that is sunburnt.

Nothing that keeps you home, but the first two hours are not free time. You leave with the mask and film still on under the disposable underwear that comes in the kit, so plan those two hours around being somewhere you can take it off and rinse properly. After that, keep the area out of hot baths, saunas, pools and direct sun for the rest of the day, wear something loose rather than tight, and hold off on intimacy that evening.
